Biography
Things began on a dark day during the planning of a party. It became apparent that there wasn’t enough money to pay for the DJ on the following night. A surge of insanity caused Wil to raise his hand and tell the committee that it would be him to take on the responsibility of entertaining the 200+ guests expected to attend.
At the time Wil was a bedroom DJ, discovering the fun of laptop mixing with fellow producer Jamie Moore only a month earlier. A day later, as the first beat hit the subs Wil had taken his bite.
From there in a pair of decks were purchased and he started to pick up gigs quickly. With a collection of private functions under his belt he felt ready to pursue the club scene, going on to land himself a Wednesday night residency at Imperial’s SU. This gave him the opportunity to warm up for BBC Radio 1 acts and gain experience playing to much larger crowds.
Since then Wil has rocked the floor of clubs/bars from Café de Paris to LVPO, Soho. Functions covering the entire age spectrum have been entertained by his sui generis vibe.
